South side/end of cabin...

At first we had only the window on the left, but it looked odd.  I ordered another window from Lowe's and John put it in.  It made a huge difference in the way this end of the cabin looks.  But there is an even bigger change inside.  Lots more light! 
The black cable hanging from the eave is for Dish Network satelite tv.  They'd told us to run it to the SW corner up close to the roof and they'd take it from there.  Hmmmmm...  We don't want a dish sitting on top of our house...  And we definitely don't want them drilling a hole in our metal roof!!!  So, we had David, the electrician, run it out through one of the eave vents.  The satelite guy can run it down the side of the house, then across the yard to a pole that was used for one of those big mesh dishes.  It's just to the right of where I was standing when I took this photo.
