Lazy cat!!!

This our cats. They like sleeping on the backs of our chairs. Smokey is the gray Persian. He's my cat. He also "talks" a lot. Usually in the middle of the night. P-Man belongs to David. He has an attitude.
A couple weeks ago P-Man disappeared for about 48 hrs. We looked all around our house. Around and under the cabin. We couldn't find him. And the temperature dropped below freezing the second night. We thought he was gone. But as I was coming up the driveway, there sat P-Man... Next to the front steps. Hungry and thirsty, but ok. He'd been on a walk about! :-)

Bathroom improvement...

Well, I thought that sounded better than "New Toilet". It took a while to get it installed, but it's there. Except for the water line. I bought 20" braided hoses. That is too long. Only room for a 12" hose.
In the morning we're going to Lowe's to return a few things. Will get the hoses for both toilets & an adaptor for the ice maker. David needs more lighting in his shop. Will go through things to see what else we might need.

At last!!! A few doors in place!!!

Melvin came out today to get started on the doors. Brian will be here one day this next week to get the counter tops on and do some of the other things. Each little thing done, or finished, is one step closer to our moving in!!!
Melvin took with him the doors I want glass inserts in. The center panels have to be cut out, and a ledge has to be routed for the glass inserts. As soon as I have the measurements, I'll take the windows to The Glass Shop in town.
